c. To provide a basis of fellowship for Christian bikers committed to evangelizing and discipleship.
The things which you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses, entrust these to faithful men who will be able to teach

d. To provide a basis of accountability for Christian bikers committed to evangelizing and discipleship

The founders' intent was to establish an independent CMC designed to provide a common context for riding
and to minister to people in the motorcycle community on a low-key (one-on-one) basis.
