Externally, we focus on sharing Christ with Bikers who don't know Him and by serving those in need.  We know that we are constantly being watched by those around us.  We have worked for years to earn the right to wear our patch. One "bad apple" in our midst can ruin that reputation and compromise our witness.

Wearing a patch is a serious responsibility!  Carelessness in this arena can have very "unpleasant" consequences depending on whom you are dealing with at the time.

We use a "prospect" and "full member" system similar to other clubs.  The "Prospecting" period is a time for us to evaluate and test you and for you to find out if this is where God wants you.  It usually lasts for about 12 months depending on the individual.

This is a weeding-out process but not a popularity contest.  We are serious about our work, our witness as a club and our commitment to each other.

We must take great care in selecting new members.
CYCLE DISCIPLES IS AN INDEPENDENT MOTORCYCLE CLUB.
While we are definitely Christians, Cycle Disciples is a Motorcycle Club (MC) and we function like one.  It is important that you understand that adding new members is not our highest priority though growth is important.  Rather, our goal is to be a tight brotherhood.  We strive to be dedicated to our living Lord and King, Jesus Christ and fully committed to each other.

Internally, we seek to live in close communion with Him, to be well versed in His commands, encourage our brothers to grow in Christ-likeness and follow Him in our personal lives.
